Boy meets girl. Boy dates girl. Boy meets another girl. Boy falls in love with the other girl. Other girl is not interested in boy (at first). Boy somehow sets up other girl with other boy. Other girl and other boy date, and shortly marry. While dating others, other girl and boy have affair. Boy tells girl. Boy leaves girl. Other girl attempts to leave other boy. Yada, Yada, Yada.

Hated it. I found this movie to be a boring portrayal of love and loss. Excellent acting, drab script = mediocre film that is horribly blah. Going into this film I expected some kind of mystery. This movie lays everything out for the viewer and allows no imagination or thought for the audience.

Bottom line: Closer needs to get farther away!
