Hit – Starring Cameron Diaz, Jude Law, Kate Winslet, Jack Black
An L.A. based movie trailer editor and a British writer find themselves wanting to live a day in someone elses shoes. They decide to swap houses. In doing this, they discover love.
Although this Holiday provides an interesting premise, the story is more suited for at home viewing as this movie is quite long for a “rom-com.” I found the character played by Kate Winslet to be the more interesting character but unfortunately the movie was mostly based on Cameron Diaz’ character. The ending leaves the audience to their own interpretation as to what will happen next, but personally, I don’t really care enough to wonder if things will work out or not. Bottom Line: Entertaining but nothing special. Look for a special apperance by my favorite “Office” boy John Krasinski.
