Danny Ocean calls the troops together for a third “Las Vegas style” heist after fameds casino owner Willy Bank attmepts to off his current partner Reuben Tishkoff (one of the original eleven).
I was a little skeptical about seeing this movie since I felt that Ocean’s 12 bit the big one. But this film was almost as good as the original. I don’t know what caused Ocean’s 12 to be so bad, but I know that this film redeem’s the trilogy. The story is easy to follow and as always, the character’s are a lively bunch. I particularly like the sections that included the “twins,” (Casey Affleck and Scott Caan). There scenes at the Mexican “Sweatshop” were quite hilarious. Matt Damon’s character Linus finally becomes a key player in the heist, and adds prosthetic humor to his character.
Al Pacino and Ellen Barkin add flavor to this film. I enjoyed their additions to this film.
Bottom Line: Ocean’s 13 is no Ocean’s 12, go see this film!
