Right now you can listen to each episode on the homepage, or previous pages. I will do what I can to get an rss archive of all episodes on one page so that it is easier to listen instead of scrolling through the website. -MM

Can you put your podcast rss feed on your site somewhere? People who dont use iTunes need it to download your podcasts as they become available.

I haven’t submitted a podcast to iTunes, but I’m pretty sure you have to give them the rss feed I’m talking about.

A friend of mine made me watch all three of the extended editions of the Lord of the Ring movies in one sitting. I really enjoyed them but I was completely emotionally exhausted by the end of the last movie.

Great podcast again! Loved that you started with Long Duck Dong quote, one of my favorite quotes.

In my opinion, Leonardo has a boyish look that limits his credibility as a character (Aviator). Sean Penn is in my opinion the best actor today but his personal political views give him negative image.

Look forward to next podcast!

Couldn’t agree more with your guest. There are few movies today that will be classics 20+ years from now. I can name more movies I hated rather than ones I loved. Hollywood only makes movies that make money, even if they are horrible.

Look forward to many more podcasts, maybe invite Anderson to be guest.

NO WAY. no one will ever be the next audrey hepburn ever no one on this earth could be more beautiful than audrey. and no one has the same personality as her either. anne hathaway looks nothing like audrey whatsoever. the only person i think looks like audrey at all is keira knightly. because they both have close to the same bone structure.

Whoa!

i like Jensen Ackles, Ian Somerhalder, and Zac Efron. But, what I have seen in acting, I think Jensen can carry off the swagger, drop dead good looks, and bronze hair.

While Zac looks good in the photo, I am not so sure about a swagger.

I think what I liked most about him was the friendship he shared with Locke. If he hadn’t died then I may not have liked his character as much. Sawyer and Locke are other favorites of mine. I liked Jack at the beginning but really disliked him in the end.

I agree that Jensen Ackles needs to be on the big screen. I’ve been watching him on Supernatural and he definitely deserves a shot at it.

Definitely not. She’s a decent actress but a little over the top. A lot of her acting cries out with desperation. Audrey made her own way, always seemed so natural no matter what the role. Her genuine kindness shone through in a unique way that I don’t think anyone will match. Though several actress’ will come closer than Anne Hathaway! I see the tiny reasons you may be hoping for/thinking they are similar, but I agree with many others when I say no freaking way!

Your list is comprehensive and crosses genres, a testimony that a dancer and womans point of view is needed in this category. I had not seen many of the movies but enjoyed watching the clips. Here are my thoughts:

1- Dick Van Dyke is not given enough credit for his dancing in Mary Poppins.
2- There is more to Dirty Dancing than “Time of my Life”
3- Lori Laughlin doesn’t age

I would still add the tango dance in Scent of a Woman as a great dance clip.

Thanks Ann! I did have Billy Elliot and Singin’ in the Rain but for some reason they did not come up on the videos so I had to make some updates. The videos also forgot Dirty Dancing so that is now in there as well.

I enjoyed reading your list and see some on the list that I haven’t seen before. ( your section 3 especially)
I would like to add,
42nd Street-main number
Billy Elliot. The boy in that movie dances with such passion and emotiion.
Singing in the Rain-
just about any dance with Danny Kaye, Gene Kelly, Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers, Debbie Reynolds, Cyd Charisse, Esther Williams…that generation of dancers just can’t be duplicated!

Great film. Kept my wife and I engaged the whole time. I was worried that it would be a light and happy portrayal of early circuses because I did not read the book. I really enjoyed how dark it was. Christoph Waltz was great especially when he was forcing them to dance. It was extremely uncomfortable yet fit very well with the tone of the film. I agree with your criticism about the relationship between Witherspoon and Pattinson. That was the one part of the movie I did not feel was genuine.
